TCI MICROGRANTS PROGRAM 2023

TCI has a focus on empowering its member organizations of persons with psychosocial disabilities. TCI initiated a program of “Microgrants” in 2020 to build the capacities of its member organizations and facilitate them in building partnerships at a national level with disability stakeholders including the cross disability and government stakeholders for advocacy and inclusion of persons with psychosocial disabilities in the development process. TCI has completed two successful cycles of microgrants in year 2020 and 2021-2022 respectively.

This Year TCI is offering another short cycle of microgrants to its member organizations
Total Grants: Five (5)
Funding: 5,000 USDs / each member organization

Thematic Areas
Deinstitutionalization and Community Inclusion

TCI is focusing to support projects on De-institutionalization and Community Inclusion of persons with psychosocial disabilities for this cycle of Microgrants. The project must have a country level focus for Transforming Communities for Inclusion, and de-institutionalization of persons with psychosocial disabilities. The projects must have a sheer focus on building, promoting, advocating and documenting, inclusive community support systems and services in the light of de-institutionalization guidelines.

Please note, this call for applications is only open to TCI core member organizations from the Global South
